Building Permit is the next key step after Town Planning approval, taking the project from approved design into detailed construction documentation. At this stage, we work closely with the client, consultants, engineers, and building surveyor to ensure the project complies with the National Construction Code, relevant Australian Standards, and all building regulatory requirements.
The services
Our Building Permit services include preparing and coordinating the architectural documentation required for permit submission, including detailed construction drawings, specifications, and supporting information.
We also coordinate with relevant third-party consultants such as structural engineers, energy assessors, civil engineers, land surveyors, and the appointed building surveyor to ensure all required reports, certificates, and documentation are completed accurately.
Once the documentation package is ready, we assist in compiling and submitting the required information to the building surveyor for assessment and approval.
The outcome
The end result of this process is a Building Permit, along with a set of approved construction drawings and supporting documents.
