Town Planning is the first step in the journey from design refinement through to construction. At this stage, we work closely with the client to understand their requirements, develop the design brief, and align the proposal with council regulations and planning standards.
The services
Our Town Planning services include meeting with the client, understanding the project brief, preparing initial sketches, and refining the architectural drawing set. We also coordinate and attend meetings with relevant third-party consultants to ensure all required documentation is prepared accurately.
Once the documentation is complete, we compile and submit the full application package to council for assessment.
The outcome
The end result of this process is a Town Planning Permit, along with a set of council-stamped approved plans. These documents provide the planning approval required before moving forward to the next stages of detailed design, building permit documentation, and construction.
